제가 제이팝스키 잘쓰다가 갑자기 다운하려니까

에러라고 뜨면서 위에처럼 나오고요
Restricted: You need to upload 761.81 MB to get your account off of Restrictions. (You have 48 Bonus Points use them!)
아그리고 업로드하려는데 Your current userclass is not allowed to upload new torrents 이렇게 나오던데 이거 업로드금지시킨건가요?
전 업로드 해본적이없어서 누가좀 알려주시면 좋겠네용.
그리고 혹시 만약을 위해 초대장있으신분 보내주시면 감사하겠습니다..
