세계가 집중하고 있는 북한의 핵문제를 뉴욕타임즈는 어떤 시각으로 바라보고있는지 궁금했다.
I anxious NT's view of the North's nuclear weapons world states focused on.

생각보다 어느 한곳에 치우친 시선은 아니여서 의외였다.
I suprise It is not one-side view than I worried.

한국신문을 읽을때도 북한의 핵문제기사는 잘 안읽는 편이여서 북한의 핵보유에 관한 북한의 입장이라던가, 다른나라의 입장은 몰랐었다.
I didn't know that situation of the North Korea or other nation. Because I also didn't read article of the North's nuclear weapon in Korea newspapers.

이번 기사를 읽으며 그들의 입장을 알았다.
This time, I know situation of them.

북한이 주장하는 자가방어수단이라는 것에 동조를 하지만, 그것이 설득력잇어보이지는 않는다.
I agree with self-defense Kim Yong Nam of North Korea said the reclusive communist country needed nuclear weapons for, but it doesn't seems to be forceful.


미국은 북한을 공격할 의도가 없다고는 하지만, 만약 북한이 핵을 보유하지 않았다면
북한은 진작에 미국의 속국이 되어있을것이라고 생각된다.
아니면 세계무대에서 발언권 조차없는 힘없는 약소국이든지.
The United States has repeatedly said it has no intention to attack the North.
But, Suppose, the North had not nuclear weapons.
the North already came under the sway of the Unites States, I think.
Or, It is a small and weak nation without power that was denied a voice in the world of talk.


북한이 핵을 보유하려고 하는 것은 이해가 가지만, 그렇다고 해서 그들이 옳다고는 생각하지않는다.
I understand the North didn't give up nuclear weapons, nevertheless, I don't think that they are right.

그들은 자국을 보호할만한 다른 방안을 찾아야한다.
The North should found another a plan for self-defense.

그리고 북한이 핵무장해제를 바라는 다른나라-특히 미국-들은 북한에게
핵을 포기하는 대신의 댓가를 약속해야한다고 생각한다.
And, the United States -and other nation wanted the North give up nuclear weapons- promise the North that they pay the North as the North give up nuclear weapons.

그렇지않다면 북한이 핵을 포기한다는 것은 기대하기어렵다.
Otherwise, It is difficult to expect the North give up nuclear weapons.


기사의 마지막줄에 북한또한 독도문제에 대해 걱정하는것을 보고
우리는 한민족이라고 느꼈다.
I feel bretherly love, the North worries about Dokdo disturbance, When I read last sentence of a report.
